Wanted to share this Thank U card I made using one of Teri's images. She is a local crafter & draws the cutest images. You can purchase these digi's at Little C's. I used some stickles & liquid lacquer for the bubbles, Colored with Copics ,Nestabilities, buttons, SU punches. Pretty flowers from Roses on Paper. (click on image to enlarge)
